Show after show, the Absolute Monarchs demonstrate a ferocity that must be witnessed to fully appreciate. Yes, their debut LP 1 delivers the goods and sounds amazing, but the Monarchs' true strength lies in their tenacious, rocking live set. Their live shows plant the seed that sprouts inside one's brain leaving audience members humming their contagious tunes for weeks. No doubt, Absolute Monarchs are one of the premier bands in the Pacific Northwest.

As for the video, the KEXP production crew does a fantastic job capturing the infectious energy of the Absolute Monarchs live set, this one took place at Barboza during the Capitol Hill Block Party a couple weeks ago. Excellent work!
