3 Sean Kinney's KISW Interview

This morning I was lucky enough to be one of what I'm assuming is a small group of Alice in Chains fans who have won the priviledge of witnessing an intimate and super secret acoustic show by the band tomorrow night in Seattle. This opportunity was courtesy of 107.7 The End and a little tenacity on my end. Be on the lookout for my post(s) on this sure to be amazing experience, but for now take a listen to this interview with Sean Kinney from yesterday.

ALICE IN CHAINS drummer Sean Kinney was interviewed yesterday morning (Monday, August 24) by "The BJ Shea Morning Experience" on the KISW 99.9 FM.  The a portion of the chat about Elton John's cameo on the record can be heard using the audio player below.

    I need to go to this event... I haven't seen AIC since the early days in Seattle. What does it take to get tickets to this thing?

    Selfish? Not at all! I wish I could give you tickets, but I had to win them on the radio just like every other poor sap. They are keeping this thing pretty hush hush and locked down. They told me if I tell anyone the secret location I'll lose an ear. I can't afford to lose a ear! Ha! Thanks for the comments Amber!
