Not that there's a shortage of awesome metal shows and gnarly shit in general going on this Halloween weekend (See: Lesbian CD Release at Comet Tavern), but anytime our boys in Vultures 2012 make an appearance it's worth a mention.
Tonight they pull a doubleheader and hit the stage around 8:30pm with a one-two punch of "The Ides of March/Wrathchild" and "Creeping Death" as part of the SRG sponsored METALWEEN. Then they are off to kill the Greenhouse as part of a bill that is stacked to the fucking rafters with awesome bands: the old-school majesty of Skelator, Witch Mountain and Rye Wolves making the trek up from Oregon and a slice of death metal courtesy of Sindios to kick it off. Vultures will also be bringing a Halloween treat for all you metalheads. That's right pick up their highly anticipated debut full length "Bare Your Teeth" at either show tonight. Holy* shit!
Also, if you haven't been to a show at the Greenhouse yet it is totally worth checking out. As far as our local clandestine venues go, the Greenhouse shits on the Black Lodge. Now douse yourself in some fake blood, turn the crosses upside down and get ready to smoke crack and worship Satan!
