0 Check out Tax and Leisure Corp. Tonight at the Funhouse



 I know some of you folks have tomorrow off. So if you are looking for a rad show to check out, let me direct your attention to local punk trio, Tax and Leisure Corp, who are playing at the Funhouse this evening.

I was randomly introduced to Tax and Leisure Corp. last summer at the Steel Tigers of Death Weenie Fest. They have a brash sound that is built around snotty vocals, a sturdy rhythm section, and angular guitar riffs, and are easily one of the better local punk rock bands I've come across in recent times. Even Brian Foss thinks they rule and had them on KEXP's "Sonic Reducer" back in November.
