Big news day for Seattle heavy music. It was annoucned that Sandrider's debut EP is going to see the light of day courtesy of Good to Die Records, and arguably the most anticipated record of the year for local heavy music fans is out TODAY.
"Weatherhead", the amazing sophomore release by Helms Alee is officially out today courtesy of Hydra Head Records. It's a fantastic ride throughout, with neither a lull nor a dud amongst the 13 tracks. There's no questioning the talent of Helms' three players, Dana James, Hozi Margullis, and Ben Verellen, and on "Weatherhead" each contribute stiffling musicianship which helps to raise Helms Alee's unique approach to whole other level.
We are extremely lucky to call Helms Alee our own. One of the best bands of the past decade just keep getting better, so BUY THIS RECORD! It'll blow your mind.
