I was excited to see Seattle's The Blakes again because I knew they were going to be a rocking good time. Complete with their hipster too-tight pants they turned out a bunch of overdue new material for an eager crowd, as well old standbys like "Don't Bother Me". You can't help but move at least a little to their driving driving rhythms, and vocal harmonies. I think bottom line is they are just a really fun rock band to see live. I can't wait for the new record "Souvenir" which comes out in October.
