I'm really excited about this show for a couple reasons. First Grenades is celebrating their first physical release, a 12" split with their buds Mercy Ties. I got my hands on a copy last week. It's a nice package with killer Aaron Edge artwork, and both bands sound amazing. The release was put out by local label Echolalic Records.
Second, on May 20th at Black Lodge Grenades and Mercy Ties have tapped Lozen and Sandrider as support for their official release party, and the show is ONLY $3. So far the LP is not available online, but there will certainly be plenty of copies at the BL the night of the release party, and with only a $3 cover, that should leave you a little extra cash to pick up the record.
