This was according to singer Kip Berman was POBPAH's first trip to Seattle. I couldn't believe how young they looked, total baby faces. I especially thought this because the music they produced seemed so grown up and mature. They play dense blissful pop music, with interesting harmonies between Kip and keyboardist Peggy Wang-East. I think bottom line is they play very good pop music, it's actually interesting to watch even though the members don't do much on stage except skillfully play their instruments. The front man Berman also had an amusing moment when he mentioned that their song "Higher Than the Sky" wasn't about getting high because his mom was in the audience. "It's a metaphor of a non-narcotic nature". Welcome to Seattle and come back soon!
**Just Announced** POBPAH will be back in town September 15th @ Neumos
