While I haven't had as much time as I would like to fully process and enjoy Police Teeth's brand new record "Awesomer Than the Devil" (officially being released on April 26th via Latest Flame), from what I've heard it sounds to be another solid collection of tunes from the one-time Bellingham residents. What I do know for a fact is that they are an amazing live band, whose sonic ability in a live setting has never quite resonated fully on their previous studio recordings. That is why you should wander on over to the Black Lodge tomorrow and hear their new material LIVE and in the flesh. Police Teeth along with Grenades, Victory and Associates, Brickbats and Great Falls will all take the stage for this "mini-rockfest" of sorts. Such a great bill, and it should not be missed. I'm going to make a point to spend some time with the new record before the show tomorrow, and I think you should do the same.
